awww it’s been a week na din pala before ako nakapagpost uli. Ewan ko ba inaatake na naman ako ng katam… :D well anyways all saint’s day ngaun pero medyo off topic ang post ko ahahhahaa. (yoko kse pagusapan mga mumu eh :???: ) Well since kse nung nagbloghop ako nito lang medyo sem-break ha, nanotice ko na ang major concerns ng ibang bloggers is about their weight.. hmmm i’ve watch oprah primetime kanina sa hallmark channel and the topic was about a book called “YOU: on a diet”. Ang dami palang nagtitrigger para tumaba ang isang tao and one of the major causes is our moods, which is kumakain tayo according to what we feel. The doctor said na if you want to shed some extra weight, dapat hindi ung starvation or crash dieting since it is not effective daw kase pag lalo nating ginutom ung sarili natin, lalo tayong kumakain ng madami after nun, One of the patient that undergo the doctor’s weight plan is a four-step procedure namely, 1. to know your numbers, which of course is your weight, waist, cholesterol and BP(according to the doctors) 2. avoid bad foods(and you know what i mean by BAD FOODS hehehe pero kse di ba? masarap ang bawal :mrgreen: ) 3. syempre if there’s bad, there’s good, healthy foods should be taken regularly and number 4. exercise — 10,000 steps a day (this is really good especially ung mga walang time pumunta ng gym) Read the rest of this entry »
